Safe Spaces: The Motherload

  • Baumhaus 1/F, Kar Yau Building, 34-38 Queen's Road East Wan Chai, Hong Kong Island Hong Kong SAR China (map)

We’re excited to relaunch our “Safe Spaces” Meetup for mums and babies!

Join us for coffee, purposeful discussions around different topics, support, and connection in a nurturing environment.

This month’s theme, “The Motherload,” focuses on the feelings and anxieties that often accompany the postpartum journey. Along with Crisel, Jen and Michelle (from Baumhaus, Little HK and The Family Zone, respectively), Dr. Kim Carder shares her thoughts in our conversations.

On Nov 4th from 10.30am, have coffee and chats and feel free to join our informal discussion around the Motherload between 11-11.30am if you’re interested!

The session is free, but pre-registration is required.

Drinks sponsored by Neon Tiger.

About Safe Spaces

In collaboration with family-centered organisations, we’re relaunching our "Safe Spaces" initiative.

As parents-to-be or parents of young babies, this season in your lives can be wonderfully exhilarating; It can also be overwhelming. We’ve been there, and we understand that what we truly need is a community. We’ve curated regular events within and beyond our centre to support your growing family.

That's why we've lined up a series of friendly gatherings and hands-on workshops tailored to your family's growth.

And here's one of Hong Kong’s best-kept secrets: since our doors opened in 2015, Baumhaus has welcomed babies under 5 months with complimentary access. So, whether you're stepping out for the first time, eager to meet fellow parents, or just in need of a peaceful coffee break, our community awaits you. Join us and find your tribe!
